A Tale of Two Bosses is operated by Blue Ember Studios LLC (“Blue Ember,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or submitting a story, you agree to these Terms.
1. Submissions
You may submit text, audio, or video for a good-boss story, a bad-boss story, or both, and mark each side true or made up. You must have the right to submit the content. Do not submit illegal content or content that violates others’ rights.
2. License
You grant Blue Ember Studios LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, adapt, and produce a video from your submission, and to publish it on the A Tale of Two Bosses YouTube channel only after you approve the final cut. You keep ownership of your original materials; we own the finished production and branding we create.
3. No compensation; waiver of income
Submissions are unpaid. You waive all rights to any direct or indirect income from publishing videos based on your story—including ads, sponsorships, channel revenue, memberships, Super Thanks/Chat, affiliates, merch, licensing, and similar monetization. Blue Ember Studios LLC retains 100% of such income. Approving publish confirms this waiver.
4. No publish guarantee
Submitting does not guarantee a preview or publication. We may decline or stop work for editorial, legal, or capacity reasons.
5. Approval & rejection
Approve = consent to publish that cut (or a substantially similar cut with minor technical fixes), including the income waiver. Reject = keep it unpublished and request no go-live for that version. You must accept these Terms before approving.
6. Contact use
Email and/or WhatsApp you provide are used to notify you about previews, revisions, and consent—not unrelated marketing unless you opt in separately.
7. Privacy & anonymity
You may omit names. If you include identifying details, you do so at your own risk. We may edit or omit identifiers but are not obligated to.
8. True / made up
Your true/made-up label guides how we may present the story. Mislabeling that causes harm remains your responsibility. We may add disclaimers.
9. Removal
After publish, you may request removal or unlisting. We will consider good-faith requests but cannot control third-party caches or mirrors.
10. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blue Ember Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited as described in the full Terms document.

The complete Terms & Conditions (including indemnity and governing law) are published with the project documentation as terms-and-conditions.md. English controls if translations conflict.
